Nationwide Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY ON ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS. We do however have restrictions if you are in Northern Ireland or postcodes PA, KA, DG, KW and IV although we are more than happy to quote upon request for delivery to these areas.


Delivery Times

We will always try and deliver your mirror within 10 days of your completed order. This can be delivered to your home or works address and also with your permission we can deliver to a neighbour if this is something that would help you.

With many of our mirrors fitting in the average family car we offer free collection from our workshop based in the Midlands.

Special Delivery

At The Mirror Company we are aware that customers are very busy and that receiving deliveries that have to be signed for can be difficult to organise. We also offer on conformation of order the following specialist delivery services which are very popular with our customers.

  • Delivery day specified by you              £3.95
  • Delivery on a specified day by 12pm    £8.95
  • Delivery on a specified day by 9am      £15.95
  • Saturday a.m. delivery by 12pm          £20

Please enquire on order for these convenient services. Please note that there will need to be someone at the property to take delivery and check and sign for the package. After this the package will be taken to a local depot and re delivery attempted (our couriers will try and re deliver at a convenient time to you). Remember with your permission we can also leave the mirror with a neighbour or even deliver to your work address at no extra cost.


Large Mirrors

Many of our mirrors are very large and heavy and may require assistance to our driver. We also request that all deliveries are to ground floor properties unless prior arrangements have been made with our logistics manager who is contactable on enquiries@themirrorcompany.com or on 0845 873 7543.


Damage on Delivery

We package our mirrors to the highest standards possible.In the very rare event of our mirrors being damaged in transit please note the damage to the carrier who will return the goods to us where they will be replaced Take time to check your item on delivery. Please inform us of any damage by the next working day. We will always help with any damage resulting from the carriage of goods and or faulty goods.


Returns policy

As we are a bespoke mirror manufacturer offering the largest range of mirrors on the internet we believe that your choice and the quality of our products will make you very happy with our products. We will only refund goods if they are faulty or not as described on the Mirror Companies website. We are however happy to discuss any issue that you may have following the purchase of our mirrors.
