Q How do I know the online payment system is secure?

Q. Do you accept payments over the phone?
A. At The Mirror Company we are happy to accept most types of card payments over the telephone. Please call 0845 873 7543 for all secure phone payments.
Q. How do I know that my mirror is in stock?
A. Just give us ring we always help. Unfortunately due to us being a 24 hour online business we cannot guarantee that all mirrors will be in stock at all times but we always find an alternative or can place mirrors on back order to be constructed.
Q. Can your mirrors be hung either way?
A. Yes we supply fixings for both. We have also been in the Picture and Mirror business for over 15 years and can advise on installation.
Q. My mirror is very large how will I install it?
A. We are very experienced in supplying large mirrors. We will advise on the installation of large mirrors. We offer an installation service call our installation team on 0845 873 7543 to find out more details.
Q. Do you supply to the trade?
A. Yes we do, we regularly handle large jobs of multiple framed and plain mirrors for clients from shop mirrors to restaurants, clubs bars and gyms.
Q. What if my mirror arrives broken?
A. Check your parcel on arrival if it arrives damaged report this to the driver and advise us at The Mirror Company where we will be happy to assist. Please be aware that although we have had very few breakages it can happen and at The Mirror Company we will do our best to resolve the situation please contact us by the next working day.
Q. What if the mirror is the wrong size?
A. All of the mirrors are bespoke made and cannot be returned if they match the code and size that you ordered.
Q. Do I have to be in to receive my Mirror?
A. At The Mirror Company we are aware that customers are very busy and that receiving deliveries that have to be signed for can be difficult to organise. We also offer on conformation of order the following specialist delivery services which are very popular with our customers.
- Delivery day specified by you £3.95
- Delivery on a specified day by 12pm £8.95
- Delivery on a specified day by 9am £15.95
- Saturday a.m. delivery by 12pm £20
Please enquire on order for these convenient services. Please note that there will need to be someone at the property to take delivery and check and sign for the package. After this the package will be taken to a local depot and re delivery attempted (our couriers will try and re deliver at a convenient time to you). Remember with your permission we can also leave the mirror with a neighbour or even deliver to your work address at no extra cost.
